Pears May Be Good Food For Weight Loss

According to a study by researches at the University of Minnesota-St. Paul, studies published between 1970 and 2017 found that pears can account for 24% of the daily recommended dietary fiber consumption while only being 100 calories per serving.  They are also high in Vitamin C and potassium!
